摘要
针对当前火力发电厂中存在生产效率较低、自动化控制水平较弱等问题,结合市场上成熟的集散式控制系统,开展了基于OC6000e系统的火力发电厂集散式控制系统(DCS)的总体设计及关键分系统分析研究。通过对该控制系统的实际应用测试,得出:该控制系统具有更高的控制精度及控制效果,系统运行更加稳定,实现了发电厂的智能化集中控制,对提高发电厂的生产效率及作业安全性具有重要作用。
Aiming at the problems of low production efficiency and weak automation control level in thermal power plants,the overall design and key subsystem analysis of distributed control system(DCS)in thermal power plant based on OC6000e system were carried out in combination with the mature distributed control system in the market.Through the practical application test of the control system,it is concluded that the control system is of great significance with higher control precision and control effect,the system operation is more stable,intelligent centralized control of power plant is realized,which plays an important role in improving the production efficiency and operation safety of power plant.
