当前工贸企业电气防爆安全方面存在较多问题,但很少从安全管理的整体角度出发去进行研究。通过分析、整理电气防爆方面工贸企业的场所应用实例、风险类型分布,总结出工贸企业电气防爆方面安全管理现状的特点,进而从多个有关方的角度分析形成风险识别不足、特种作业人员监督管理不力等方面的原因,最终从建立和落实具体岗位的安全生产责任制、加强培训等方面提出具有针对性、操作性强的具体建议,这些建议可帮助工贸企业解决电气防爆安全管理中现有的一些难题,也可供政府主管部门参考。

At present,there are many problems in the electrical explosion-proof safety of industrial and trade enterprises,but no one has studied them from the overall perspective of safety management.By analyzing and sorting out the site application examples and risk types distribution of industrial and trade enterprises in electrical explosion-proof,the characteristics of the current situation of electrical explosion-proof safety management in industrial and trade enterprises were summarized,and then the causes of insufficient risk identification and ineffective supervision and management of special operators were analyzed from the perspective of multiple parties concerned.Specific suggestions with pertinence and operability were put forward from the aspects of establishing and implementing the production safety responsibility system for specific posts and strengthening training,etc.These suggestions can help industrial and trade enterprises to solve some existing problems in the safety management of electrical explosion protection,and can also be used for reference by the competent government departments.
