为解决刮板输送机电机易烧毁的问题,以某公司8505工作面所用SGZ-800/750型刮板输送机为例,分析了刮板输送机电机烧毁原因,并提出了一系列具体预防措施。实际应用结果表明,应用这些预防措施后,该公司8505工作面所用SGZ-800/750型刮板输送机电机烧毁频率显著降低,每年可节约刮板输送机维修成本40多万元,进一步节约了企业生产成本,提高了企业生产效益。

In order to solve the problem that the motor of the scraper conveyor is easy to burn down,taking the SGZ-800/750 type scraper conveyor used in the 8505 working face of a company as an example,the reasons for the motor burning of the scraper conveyor were analyzed,and a series of specific preventive measures were put forward.The practical application results show that after the application of these preventive measures,the motor burning frequency of SGZ-800/750 scraper conveyor used in the 8505 working face of the company is significantly reduced,the maintenance cost of scraper conveyor can be saved more than 400000 yuan per year,and the production cost of the enterprise is further saved,and the production efficiency of the enterprise is improved.
