Exploration on the innovation of integrated construction path of disciplines and specialties in traditional Chinese medicine colleges and universities under the new background

学科与专业均承担了高校人才培养的重任,两者密切联系、相辅相成,其协同发展将有利于促进高校整体办学水平的提高,成为实现高校内涵式发展的重要举措。本文通过梳理中医药院校学科专业一体化进展,总结存在问题,结合建设实践,以中医学学科为例,创新探索学科专业一体化建设路径,强化学科产业交叉,促进科研教学良性互动,完善科研创新和成果转化体系,实现新时代背景下中医学学科专业“协同+共融+共赢”一体化建设,探索学科与专业协同发展有效策略,提高中医人才培养质量。

Both disciplines and specialties have undertaken the important task of personnel training in colleges and universities, the two are closely related and complementary. The coordinated development of disciplines and specialties will be extremely helpful to improve the quality and level of colleges and universities and become an important measure to realize the connotative development. This paper analyzes the research progress in the integration of disciplines and specialties in traditional Chinese medicine colleges and universities, summarizes the problems, combines the construction practice, takes the discipline of traditional Chinese medicine as an example, to innovate and explore the integrated construction path of disciplines and specialties in traditional Chinese medicine, strengthen the intersection of disciplines and industries, promote the benign interaction between scientific research and teaching, perfect the system of scientific research innovation and achievement transformation, realize the "co-cultivation + co-research + win-win" integrated construction of disciplines and specialties under the new background, and explore effective strategies for the coordinated development of disciplines and specialties to improve the quality of traditional Chinese medicine personnel training.
