精准扶贫背景下医学生基层志愿服务质量提升研究

Study on the quality improvement of medical students’grassroots volunteer service under the background of targeted poverty alleviation

医学生以暑期“三下乡”社会实践活动为主要形式,通过开展医疗志愿服务在国家健康扶贫战略中发挥重要作用。以共青团中央、全国医药类高校共青团工作联盟组织大学生“健康扶贫”专项社会实践活动为研究对象,梳理出当前医药类高校组织医学生开展社会扶贫志愿服务实践活动的突出特征和积极成效,分析出医学生在医疗志愿服务过程中存在的精准性不高、整体性不够和连续性不强等相关问题,并在思想引领、活动平台建设、活动方式改进等方面提出相应对策。

The main form of social practice for medical students is“three to the countryside”social practice activities,through the development of medical voluntary services in the national health poverty alleviation strategy to play an important role.Taking the special social practice activity of“health poverty alleviation”organized by the central committee of the communist youth league and the communist youth league work union of pharmaceutical colleges as the research object,the outstanding characteristics and positive effects of the current medical colleges and universities organizing medical students to carry out social poverty alleviation volunteer service practice are summarized.Analyze the medical students in the process of medical volunteer service in the accuracy is not high,the integrity is not enough and the continuity is not strong and other related problems,and put forward the corresponding countermeasures in the aspects of thought guidance,activity platform construction and activity mode improvement.
