Male infertility is an important social problem today,and the incidence has been increasing in recent years.The main causes of male infertility include physical factors,chemical factors,anatomical factors,genetic factors and so on.In recent years,there have been more and more studies on the pathogenesis of male infertility.The establishment of an economically ideal male infertility animal model will help the research and clinical treatment of the infertility mechanism.
