摘要
西藏林芝市由于常年大量使用同种药剂,造成小菜蛾对一些农药产生了抗药性。为更好地防治西藏林芝地区小菜蛾,延缓农药靶标生物抗药性发展,探索两种杀虫剂复配对小菜蛾的增效作用。本试验采用叶片浸药法,测得氰戊菊酯与吡虫啉、氰戊菊酯与高效氯氰菊酯混配对小菜蛾3龄幼虫无增效作用,表现为相加作用或拮抗作用;氰戊菊酯与噻虫胺两种药剂(1:9)进行复配施用,对西藏地区小菜蛾3龄幼虫表现为增效作用。因此建议将氰戊菊酯和噻虫胺这两种杀虫剂的复配剂作为今后防治西藏地区小菜蛾的优先选择,同时也要配合其他杀虫剂使用,以便延缓抗药性的产生与发展。
The resistance of diamondback moth (Plutella xylostella) to the same insecticide increased rapidly in Tibet. In order to better control Plutella xylostella and delay the development of resistance of target organisms, the synergistic effect of two insecticides on Plutella xylostella was explored. The results showed that the mixture of fenvalerate and imidacloprid, fenvalerate and beta cypermethrin had no synergistic effect on the 3rd instar larvae of Plutella xylostella, showing additive or antagonistic effect;the mixture of fenvalerate and thiamethoxam (1:9) showed synergistic effect on the 3rd instar larvae of Plutella xylostella in Tibet.
