摘要
小菜蛾(Plutellda xylostella(Linnaeu))是鳞翅目食叶类害虫,在农业上以化学防治为主且大量使用同种药剂,从而造成小菜蛾抗性快速增加而难以防控。为提高阿维菌素对小菜蛾的防治效果和减少农药的使用,开展了3种增效剂与阿维菌素混配的室内毒力测定。本次研究测定西藏农牧学院农场实习基地小菜蛾田间种群对马来酸二乙酯(DEM)、胡椒基丁醚(PBO)、磷酸三苯酯(TPP)3种增效剂与杀虫剂阿维菌素复配后的毒效比和增效比。试验结果表明:阿维菌素与(DEM)混配时,有效成分比为1:1时,毒效比最大,为2.08,且增效比最大,为2.53。阿维菌素分别与(TPP)和(PBO)混配时,成分比都为1:5时,毒效比最高,都为2.00。阿维菌素与(PBO)有效成分比为1:5混配时,增效比最低,仅为1.01。据此结果可筛选出最佳复配比例组合,按此比例防治小菜蛾不但可以减少阿维菌素的用量而且使药效得到了更好的发挥,为其更有效更环保地防控小菜蛾提供理论依据。
Plutellda xylostella(Linnaeu)is a lepidoptera leaf-eating pest,and chemical control is the main factor in agriculture and the same agent is used in large quantities,which makes it difficult to control the resistance of Plutella xylostella(Linnaeu).In order to improve the control effect of avermectin and reduce the use of pesticides,the virulence test of three synergists mixed with avermectin was carried out.The field population of Plutella xylostella in the practice base of Tibet agricultural and Animal Husbandry University was tested for the toxicity and efficiency ratio of three synergists diethyl maleate(DEM),piperonyl butyl ether(PBO),triphenyl phosphate(TPP)combined with abamectin.Experimental results showed that when avermectin was mixed with(DEM)and the active component ratio was 1:1,the toxicity/efficacy ratio was the highest,which was 2.08,and the synergistic ratio was the highest,which was 2.53.When abamectin was mixed with(TPP)and(PBO),and the ratio of composition was 1:5,the ratio of virulence was the highest,both of which were 2.00.At1:5 ratio of avermectin to(PBO),the ratio of synergism was the lowest,only 1.01.According to the results,the optimal proportion combination can be selected,and the control of the Plutellda xylostella(Linnaeu)can not only reduce the dosage of avermectin,but also make the avermectin effect better.It provides the theoretical basis for the more effective and environmentally friendly control of Plutellda xylostella(Linnaeu).
