ABT3的不同浸泡时间对两种柳树扦插繁殖的影响 被引量:2

摘要 本文研究了ABT3生根粉对左旋柳和细叶红柳插穗生根长度的影响。试验选用健壮的两种柳树枝条作为材料,用ABT3号生根粉浸泡当年生的两种柳树插穗做试验。结果表明:两种柳树插穗时ABT3浸泡3 h处理下的生根效果最好,生根率分别达到88%、57%,根长度分别达到47.7 cm、30.2 cm。在不同浸泡时间处理下的两种柳树的生根率差异显著,在相同的质量浓度水平处理下,两种柳树都随着浸泡时间的增加,生根率逐渐增大。插穗浸泡1 h时,生根率与其他浸泡不同时间下的生根率差异显著,左旋柳、细叶红柳分别达到30%、36.6%。浸泡1 h、2 h、3 h、4 h生根长度表现为左旋柳的根长长度比细叶红柳的根长长。在相同的质量浓度水平处理下和不同浸泡时间的处理下,两种柳树的生根长度差异性较为显著,表现为左旋柳的根长长度比细叶红柳的根长长。在相同的浸泡时间处理内,两种柳树的生根长度的差异也较为显著。 This paper studied the effect of ABT3 rooting powder on the rooting length of Salix paraplesia var.subintegra and S.microsiachya cuttings.The experiment selected two robust willow branches as materials,and used ABT3 rooting powder to soak two kinds of willow cuttings.The results showed that the rooting effect of the two kinds of willow cuttings soaked in ABT3 for 3 hours was the best.The rooting rate reached 88%and 57%,and the root length reached 47.7cm and 30.2cm respectively.The rooting rate of soaking at different times was significantly different,and the rooting rate gradually increased with the increase of soaking time at the same mass concentration level.When cuttings were soaked for 1 hour,the rooting rate was significantly different from the rooting rate of other soaking times,and the rooting rate of Salix paraplesia var.subintegra and S.microsiachya beak reached 30%and 36.6%respectively.The rooting length of Salix paraplesia var.subintegra was longer than that of S.microsiachya after immersion for1h,2h,3h and 4h.Under the treatment of the same mass concentration and different soaking time,the root length of the two willow trees had a significant difference,which was manifested as the root length of Salix paraplesia var.subintegra was longer than that of S.microsiachya.In the same soaking time,the difference in rooting length of the two willows was also significant.
