汽车刹车片金属陶瓷复合材料制备及摩擦性能 被引量:4

摘要 以青铜基材料制备刹车片,其中添加不同质量分数Al_(2)O_(3)陶瓷粉末,以制备汽车刹车片金属陶瓷复合材料,并对其摩擦性能做了试验分析,结果表明,添加Al_(2)O_(3)陶瓷粉末可有效改善刹车片金属陶瓷复合材料密度与硬度,确保硬度值处于合理变化范围之内;随着温度增加,汽车刹车片表层摩擦系数变小,而随Al_(2)O_(3)陶瓷粉末含量增加,表层摩擦系数变大,于4%Al_(2)O_(3)陶瓷粉末含量时,摩擦性能最佳;Al_(2)O_(3)陶瓷粉末可以有效抑制刹车片金属陶瓷复合材料的磨损,可延长刹车片使用寿命。 Taking bronze base material preparation of brake pads,adding different mass fraction of Al_(2)O_(3) ceramics powder,in the preparation of car brake pad metal ceramic composite materials,and has made the experimental analysis on the friction properties,the results show that adding Al_(2)O_(3) ceramic powder can effectively improve the brake lining metal ceramic composite material density and hardness,to ensure the hardness value is within a reasonable range;with the increase of temperature,the surface friction coefficient of automobile brake pad decreases,while with the increase of Al_(2)O_(3) ceramic powder content,the surface friction coefficient increases.When the content of Al_(2)O_(3) ceramic powder is4%,the friction performance is the best.Al_(2)O_(3) ceramic powder can effectively restrain the wear of ceram composite material and prolong the service life of brake pad.
