摘要 针对雷达接收设备高精度复杂性能指标自动化测试需求,文章通过软件C++Builder6.0运行环境下设计基于CSCI(Computer Software Configuration Item),在暗室内采用自动方式控制转台和仪器,实现雷达接收设备灵敏度性能指标的自动测试,并根据测试数据实现后台计算和处理,判断性能指标是否合格。通过对比手动和自动测试结果偏差(绝对值)不大于2d Bm W,该结果表明设计的灵敏度自动测试系统可以实现对雷达接收设备灵敏度等复杂指标的自动化测试,且具有通用性和扩展性,可解决复杂指标测试效率低下,精度要求高,测试过程复杂的问题。 Focusing on the demand for automated testing of seeker’s high-precision and complex performance indicators,the paper uses the software C++Builder 6.0 operating environment to design automatic control turntables and instruments in the dark room based on CSCI(Computer Software Configuration Item)to achieve automatic testing of seeker sensitivity perfor-mance indicators.The data is calculation and processing according to achieve background to determine whether the performance indicators are appropriate.By comparing the manual test and automatic test results,the deviation(absolute value)is not more than 2 d Bm W.The results show that the designed seeker sensitivity automated test system can realize the automated testing of seeker sensitivity and has versatility and scalability.The system can solve the problems of low efficiency in complex index testing,high precision requirements and complex testing process.
