尿素溶液溶度和反应温度对SNCR脱硝过程的影响 被引量:2

摘要 选择性非催化还原(SNCR)是一种通过喷加氨气或尿素溶液还原氮氧化物的工艺,被广泛应用于高温焚烧炉烟气的处理过程。然而SNCR过程中影响脱硝过程的因素很多。文章研究了在相同的NH_(3)/NO摩尔比下,不同浓度尿素溶液对氨逸出的影响,同时研究了不同反应温度梯度对脱硝过程的影响。结果表明,脱硝效率随着温度的升高逐渐下降,随着NH_(3)/NO摩尔比的升高而升高。并且,在恒定的NH_(3)/NO摩尔比下,尾气中排放的氨浓度随着氨溶液浓度的升高而升高。 The selective n on-catalytic reduction(SNCR)process is one of the widely used methods in NOxcontrolling by injecting NH_(3)or urea solution into a high-temperature furnace.While there are some factors affect denitration efficiency in the SNCR process.The objective of this study was to determine the effect of urea concentration on ammonia slip at the same NH_(3)/NO molar ratio in the SNCR process using urea solution as a reductant.Also,the influence of reaction temperature in the De-NO_(x)reaction process was studied.The results indicated that the denitration efficiency declined with the rising of temperature while increased with the growth of NH_(3)/NO molar ratio.Moreover,at a certain NH_(3)/NO molar ratio,the concentration of ammonia in the tail gas increased with the increasing of urea concentration.
