Discussion of LUFS Treatment from Perspective of Heart-Kidney-Uterus Axis Theory

心-肾-子宫轴是女性功能活动的核心,是调节女子月经周期节律及生殖节律之主轴,与西医学中下丘脑-垂体-卵巢轴在月经周期中的调控作用类似。心-肾-子宫轴是调控排卵的核心,其功能失常是未破裂卵泡黄素化综合征的关键病机之一。治疗未破裂卵泡黄素化综合征当以调节心-肾-子宫轴以促排卵为主要方法,通过补肾宁心、燮理阴阳、活血通络之法,使心火下降、肾水上升,水火相济、阴阳协调,则子宫定期藏泄,经水按时来潮。

The heart-kidney-Uterus axis,the core of the female function activities,the main axis that regulates women's menstrual cycle and reproductive rhythm,plays a similar role to the hypothalamic-pituitary-ovarian axis in the menstrual cycle in Western medicine.The heart-kidney-uterine axis is also the core of ovulation regulation,and its dysfunction is one of the key pathogenesis of luteinized unruptured follicle syndrome(LUFS).The treatment of LUFS should be based on regulating the heart-kidney-uterus axis to promoting ovulation.Through the methods of invigorating the kidney and calming the heart,coordinating Yin and Yang,promoting blood circulation and clearing the collaterals,reducing heart fire and rising kidney water,and the water and fire counteract each other,yin and yang are coordinated,the uterus will conserve and release regularly,and the menstrual will back to normal.
