Hu Yuquan's Liver-Based Treatment of Postpartum Wind Syndrome

胡玉荃教授结合多年临床经验将产后出现的产后身痛,产后自汗、盗汗,产后情志异常等一系列证候命名为“产后风中综合征”。产后百脉空虚,多虚多瘀而致病,症状多相兼出现。本病病因多为产后“气血骤虚”,病位在肝,病机为“肝血不足、风中脉肤筋骨肉”。胡教授结合肝有易郁、易热、易虚、易亢的特点,从肝论治本病,强调身心并调以防肝郁,养血益气以柔肝养肝、补肾填精以滋水涵木、滋阴潜阳安神以制虚阳上亢。
