摘要
目的:探讨新形势下医务人员继续医学教育的线上新模式。方法:我院自2020年2月将以往线下举办的Grand Round晨间学术活动改为依托软件平台进行线上学术活动,分析新冠疫情对医务人员继续医学教育的冲击及我院的应对措施,并面向院内医务人员发起了网络问卷调查,对收集到的561份有效问卷进行了整理分析。结果:问卷调查结果显示学术活动模式改变后参加人员的覆盖面更广,参与度大幅提升,线上模式获得了94.65%调查对象的认可,且94.83%的调查对象认为通过晨间学术活动可以获得对工作有用的信息,94.12%的调查对象综合评价线上模式更优,线上模式因其自身的优势赢得医务人员的肯定。结论:通过初步尝试,我们认为线上模式是当前形势下行之有效的继续医学教育模式,并有助于推进医院数字化进程。
[Objective] To explore the new continuing medical education model for medical staff under the new situation.[Method]Since February 2020, our hospital changed the previous on-site Grand Round morning academic activities to an online model relying on the software platform. We analyzed the impact of the outbreak of COVID-19 on the continuing medical education of medical staff and our hospital’s response measures. We launched an online questionnaire survey to the medical staff, and sorted and analyzed 561 valid questionnaires. [Result]The results of the questionnaire survey showed that after the change of the academic activity model, the coverage of participants was wider, and the degree of participation was greatly increased. The online model was recognized by 94.65% of the respondents, and 94.83% of the respondents believed that the Grand Round could be useful to the clinical practice. 94.12% of the respondents comprehensively evaluated that the online model is better. Taken together, the online model has won recognition from clinical medical staff due to its advantages.[Conclusion]Through preliminary attempts, we believe that the online continuing medical education mode is effective in the current situation, and it will help advance the digitalization of hospitals.
