摘要 浙江大学医学院附属第二医院眼科中心针对传统单一学科为中心培养研究生的问题,依托浙江大学"医药+X"多学科交叉人才培养卓越中心这一平台,构建眼科学研究生多学科交叉培养方案,从培养目标、导师团队、教学模式、科研训练、学术交流及学业评价考核与学位授予等方面进行全面改革,在实践中回答如何科学开展基于眼科学的多学科交叉研究生培养这一时代之问,探索多学科交叉研究生成长规律,培养了一批符合学科发展需要的具有创新思维的卓越医学人才。 Relying on the Center of Excellence in "Medicine + X" Multidisciplinary Interdisciplinary Talent Cultivation, the Eye Center of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University addressed the problems of traditional graduate students cultivation based on a single discipline. Herein, a multidisciplinary interdisciplinary training program was established for ophthalmology postgraduate, with comprehensive reforms in terms of training objectives, supervisory team, teaching mode, scientific research training, academic exchange, academic evaluation and assessment, and degree-awarding. Through years of practice, the question of how to scientifically carry out multidisciplinary interdisciplinary ophthalmological postgraduate training was answered. The training program also explored the regularity of fostering multidisciplinary interdisciplinary postgraduates and cultivated many excellent medical talents with innovative thinking that meet the needs of disciplinary development.
