护士长日常巡查表的设计与运用效果

The Design and Application Effect of the Head Nurse's Routine Inspection Schedule

目的:探讨护士长日常巡查表在病房护理管理中的作用。方法:设计护士长日常巡查表,自2015年1月在全院推广实施至今5年,采用自行设计的护士长日常巡查表认可度问卷对全院36名护士长进行调查,观察巡查表认可度情况,并比较巡查表使用前后病区护理质量、不良事件发生情况。结果:护士长对巡查表使用认可度高,91.67%的护士长认为有必要使用巡查表,各条目认可率均在90%以上;运用巡查表后,病区护理质量(91.76±1.74分)高于实施前(89.87±1.91分),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理不良事件发生率(0.26‰)低于实施前(0.43‰),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:护士长日常巡查表的运用有利于护士长提高病区管理效率,提高病区护理质量,减少不良事件的发生,保障患者安全,值得推广运用。

[Objective]To explore the role of the head nurse’s routine inspection schedule in ward nursing management.[Method]The daily inspection form for the head nurse is designed. Since its implementation in the whole hospital in January 2015, it has conducted a survey of 36 head nurses in the hospital with a self-designed head nurse daily inspection form recognition questionnaire to observe the recognition of the inspection form. At the same time, the quality of care in the ward and the occurrence of adverse events before and after the use of the inspection form were compared.[Result]The head nurses had a high recognition of the head nurse’s routine inspection schedule. 91.67% of the head nurses thought it necessary to use the checklist, and the recognition rate of each item was above 90%. After using the inspection schedule, the nursing quality score in the ward(91.76±1.74) was higher than that before implementation(89.87±1.91), and the difference was significant(P<0.05).The incidence of nursing adverse events(0.26‰) was lower than that before implementation(0.43‰), and the difference was significant(P<0.05).[Conclusion]The use of the head nurse’s daily inspection list is beneficial to the head nurse to improve the efficiency of ward management, improve the quality of ward care, reduce the occurrence of adverse events, and ensure patient safety. It is worthy of popularization.
