以小视频为主导的情绪管理对初产妇心理状态及分娩结局的影响

Effects of Emotional Management Dominated by Small Videos on the Mental State and Delivery Outcomes of Primipara

目的:探讨以小视频为主导的情绪管理对初产妇心理状态及分娩结局的影响。方法:把352例孕产妇随机分为研究组(小视频健康教育模式联合常规护理)和对照组(常规产前管理)各176例。结果:分娩后3d,研究组自我效能期望(121.78±12.83)、结果期望(132.93±9.83)评分均高于对照组(91.28±13.02,109.76±10.83);研究组SAS得分(26.23±2.38)和SDS得分(25.39±3.01)均低于对照组(32.93±3.82、33.08±3.21);研究组顺产率明显高于对照组(90.34%vs 74.43%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:以小视频为主导的情绪管理可改善初产妇心理状态及分娩结局,值得推广。

[Objective]To explore the influence of emotion management dominated by small video on the mental state and childbirth outcome of primiparas.[Method]352 parturients were randomly divided into study group(small video health education mode combined with routine nursing)and control group(routine prenatal management)with 176 cases in each group.[Result]Three days after delivery,self-efficacy expectation(121.78±12.83)and outcome expectation score of the study group(91.28±13.02)were higher than those of the control group(91.28±13.02,109.76±10.83).SAS score(26.23±2.38)and SDS score(25.39±3.01)in the study group were lower than those in the control group(32.93±3.82、33.08±3.21).The birth rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(90.34% vs.74.43%),and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).[Conclusion]Emotional management based on small video can improve the mental state of primiparas and the outcome of childbirth,which is worthy of promotion.
