宁波市海曙区新型冠状病毒肺炎家庭聚集性疫情流行特征分析

Epidemiological Characteristics of Family Cluster Epidemic of COVID-19 in Ningbo Haishu District

目的:了解新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)疫情流行特征,为疫情防控提供参考。方法:描述性分析宁波市海曙区新型冠状病毒肺炎家庭聚集性疫情,采用二元Logistic回归模型分析家庭易感接触者续发的影响因素。结果:2020年1月24日至3月10日,共报告18起家庭聚集性疫情,涉及确诊病例50例和无症状感染者10例。发病日高峰是1月22日(7例),报告日高峰是2月3日(14例)。病例集中在集士港镇,以50-69岁、家务及待业女性为主。代际发病为第一代9例,第二代17例,第三代及以上34例。家庭总续发率为30.16%,同住者续发率高于非同住者(OR=2.535 95%CI[1.060,6.062])。结论:家庭聚集性疫情病例数占比大,应提高居民自我防护意识,早期隔离密切接触者。

[Objective]To understand epidemiological characteristics of coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19) for providing evidence of epidemic prevention and control. [Method]Data of family cluster epidemic of COVID-19 in Haishu District of Ningbo was analyzed descriptively, and the influencing factors affecting family recurrence rate was conducted by binary logistic regression model.[Result] 18 family cluster epidemics occurred from January 24 to March 10 in 2020 involving 50 confirmed cases and 10 asymptomatic infections were reported in Haishu District. The peak of incidence was on January 22 with 7 cases and that of reported cases was on February 3 with 14 cases. The cases concentrated in Jishigang Town with the mainly age from 50 to 69 years old and the occupation of housework and unemployment women. The intergenerational incidences were that 9 cases were in the first generation, 17 cases in the second generation, and 34 cases in the third generation and above. The overall family recurrence rate was 30.16%. The recurrence rate of cohabitants was higher than that of non-cohabitants with OR of 2.535 times(95%CI[1.060, 6.062]).[Conclusion]The cases of family cluster?epidemic of COVID-19 accounted for a high proportion. The residents’ self-protection awareness should be effectively improved and the close contacts should be early isolated.
