农村小学新教师的心理困惑及其自我调适

摘要 处于职业生涯起步阶段的农村小学新教师,容易产生种种心理困惑:个人发展方面的失落感和失重感;工作开展方面的进退维谷;人际适应方面的无奈无助;精神文化生活方面的孤独寂寞。要想有效化解心理困惑,农村小学新教师必须善于分析调整,直面心理困惑;明确专业发展目标,用奋斗冲淡心理困惑;聚焦工作实际,以专业成长驱散心理困惑。 Rural new primary teachers tend to be bothered problems such as psychological confusion at their early career stage.They are usually bothered by feeling lost and weightless in individual development,being at a nonplus in carrying out their jobs,feeling helpless in communication,feeling loneliness in cultural life.In order to solve these problems,rural new primary teachers must do well in analysing and adapting,face directly their psychological confusion.They should realize clearly their professional development goals and dilute their psychological confusion by hard working.They should also focus on their working practice and dispel their psychological confusion in their job growth.
