Rural new primary teachers tend to be bothered problems such as psychological confusion at their early career stage.They are usually bothered by feeling lost and weightless in individual development,being at a nonplus in carrying out their jobs,feeling helpless in communication,feeling loneliness in cultural life.In order to solve these problems,rural new primary teachers must do well in analysing and adapting,face directly their psychological confusion.They should realize clearly their professional development goals and dilute their psychological confusion by hard working.They should also focus on their working practice and dispel their psychological confusion in their job growth.
