医护人员心脏康复Ⅰ期信息需求认知研究

Cognitive Study on Information Needs of Phase Ⅰ Cardiac Rehabilitation for Medical Staff

目的:了解心血管内科医护人员对心脏康复Ⅰ期信息需求的认知情况。方法:对新疆某三甲医院共87名心血管科医护人员进行心脏康复Ⅰ期信息需求调查。结果:(1)医护人员心脏康复Ⅰ期信息需求总分为(4.57±0.41)分,各维度均分在3分以上;医生与护士在心脏康复信息需求总分上存在差异(P<0.05);需求内容:医生各维度得分前三名为紧急与安全、风险管理、药物知识,护士各维度得分前三名为心脏基础知识、营养知识、紧急与安全;(2)医护人员心脏康复Ⅰ期信息需求总分在不同工作年限、最高学历之间存在差异,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(3)医护人员认为患者想要获取信息的方式排序:与医护人员沟通交流、QQ/微信等信息平台、授课与讲座。结论:医生与护士均认为心脏康复Ⅰ期信息十分重要,但医生比护士更加重视心脏康复信息需求,护士在信息需求的认知仍需提高;超过三分之二的人会选择与医护人员沟通交流、QQ/微信等信息平台、授课与讲座三种方式为患者提供信息支持。

Objective:To understand the cognition of cardiovascular medical staff on the information needs of cardiac rehabilitation in phase Ⅰ.Methods:A total of 87 cardiovascular medical staff in a tertiary hospital in Xinjiang were investigated for the information needs of cardiac rehabilitation.Results:(1)The total score of information needs for cardiac rehabilitation of medical staff in phase Ⅰ was(4.57±0.41),and the average score for each dimension was above3;doctors and nurses had differences in the total scores of information needs for cardiac rehabilitation(P<0.05).Demand content: The top three scores of doctors and nurses in each dimension are emergency and safety,risk management,drug knowledge and basic cardiac knowledge,nutrition knowledge,emergency and safety;(2)The total scores of the medical staff’s cardiac rehabilitation information requirements for phase Ⅰ are in different working years.There is a difference between the highest degree of education, and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)The order in which medical staff think that patients want to obtain information: communication with medical staff,QQ/We Chat and other information platforms, lectures and lectures.Conclusion:In this study,both doctors and nurses believe that all phase Ⅰ information of cardiac rehabilitation is important,but doctors pay more attention to the information needs of cardiac rehabilitation than nurses,and nurses’ awareness of information needs still needs to be improved. More than two-thirds of the people choose to communicate with medical staff,QQ/We Chat and other information platforms,lectures and lectures to provide information support for patients.
