石河子大学预防医学专业2011-2018届本科毕业生就业现状和满意度调查

Investigation of the Employment and Satisfaction of Preventive Medicine 2011-2018 Undergraduate Graduates of Shihezi University

目的:本次对石河子大学预防医学专业2011-2018届本科毕业生就业现状及满意度进行调查,分析影响大学生就业和择业需求的主要原因,指导学生树立正确的就业观,同时为我校预防医学专业本科教育教学发展工作提供借鉴与参考。方法:于2018年9月-10月对预防医学专业2011-2018届本科毕业生进行线上问卷调查。结果:回收有效问卷309份。我校毕业生就业率为93.85%;就业去向以疾控中心和医院为主;对工作薪资水平和工作不可替代性满意度低;就业毕业生自评岗位胜任率达87.50%;毕业生对母校教学总体满意度达98.71%。结论:专业对口难和薪资水平满意度低导致专业对口程度不高、工作满意度低;我校应加强就业指导,提升毕业生就业竞争力。

Objective:The survey on the employment and satisfaction of Shihezi University preventive medicine graduates from 2011 to 2018.The main factors affecting the employment and career needs of college students are analyzed.Guiding students to establish a correct outlook on employment,and at the same time developing preventive medicine undergraduate education and teaching in our school Work provides reference.Methods:A questionnaire survey was conducted online among 2011-2018 undergraduates majoring in preventive medicine from September to October 2018.Results:309 valid questionnaires were collected.The employment rate of our school’s graduates was 93.85%.The employment destinations were mainly from the CDC and hospitals.Low satisfaction with job salary levels and job irreplaceable.The self-evaluated job competency rate of employed graduates reached 87.50%.The overall satisfaction of graduates with the teaching of their alma mater reached 98.71%.Conclusions:Difficulty in professional counterparts and low satisfaction of salary level lead to low professional counterparts and low job satisfaction.Our school should strengthen employment guidance to enhance employment competitiveness of graduates.
