摘要 目的:调查学生对营养与食品卫生学授课的期望,以期为后续制定课程改革计划提供建议及指导。方法:以石河子大学医学院2017级预防医学专业学生作为研究对象,在即将学习营养与食品卫生学课程前,采用问卷星开展学生对课程期望调查。结果:83.08%的学生希望授课教师成为学习道路上的引导者;90.77%的学生喜欢传统板书加多媒体的授课方式;72.31%的学生喜欢欢快的课堂氛围;78.46%的学生希望平时成绩占总成绩的比例达到40%及以上。结论:学生希望授课教师是学习道路上的引导者,授课方式上倾向于传统与创新相结合;多数学生喜欢欢快的课堂氛围,认为要重视过程考核。 Objective:To investigate the students'expectation of Nutrition and Food Hygiene,and provide suggestions and guidance for the subsequent curriculum reform plan.Methods:Students of grade 2017 in Preventive Medicine Department of Medical College of Shihezi University were selected as the survey objects.Before learning Nutrition and Food Hygiene course,questionnaire star was used to carry out students'expectation of the course.Results:83.08%of the students hope that the teacher will become the guider on the learning path.90.77% of the students like the traditional blackboard writing and multi-media teaching method.72.31%of the students like the cheerful classroom atmosphere.78.46%of the students hoped that the proportion of their usual performance in the total score would reach 40% or more.Conclusion:Students hope that the teachers are the guiders on the learning path,and the teaching method tends to combine the traditional and innovative.Most students like the cheerful classroom atmosphere and think that we should pay attention to the process assessment.
