陕西黄河流域生态保护和森林植被高质量发展建设对策

Countermeasures for Ecological Protection and High-Quality Sustainable Development of Forest Vegetation in the Yellow River Basin of Shaanxi Province

良好的生态环境是经济社会高质量发展的基础,森林植被建设与保护是确保良好生态环境的重要举措。为给陕西黄河流域生态保护和修复提供参考,根据陕西黄河流域森林植被建设与保护存在的问题,以及陕西黄河流域地形地貌、气候条件,按照分类施策原则,布局了"一带三屏三区"生态建设规划,从生态重建、生态修复、生态保护、生态美化、生态富民等方面,对陕西黄河流域森林植被建设进行了综合分析,提出了陕西黄河流域森林植被建设与保护修复措施。

Good ecological environment is the foundation of high-quality economic and social development,and forest vegetation is an important measure to ensure a good ecological environment.In this paper,in order to provide reference for the protection and restoration of the ecological space of the Yellow River Basin in Shaanxi Province and according to the existing problems of forest vegetation protection and restoration in the Yellow River Basin in Shaanxi Province and the law of topography,climate distribution and the principle of"classified strategy",it made the layout of the ecological construction planning of"one belt,three protective barriers and three zones".It provided reference for protection and restoration of forest vegetation in the Yellow River Basin and the construction of green ecological barrier in the Yellow River Basin.
