摘要
随着社会经济的发展及生活水平的提高,人们越来越注重生活质量和品质,对于食品的安全质量问题也越来越重视,同时随着科学技术的发展食品的杀菌技术也得到了不断创新。科学利用杀菌技术可以有效延长食品的保质期,避免食品被微生物污染,危害人们的身体健康。本文简述了当前食品加工过程中的杀菌技术应用及杀菌技术的种类,希望有助于我国食品加工行业的发展。
With the development of social economy and the improvement of living standards,people pay more and more attention to the quality of life and quality,and pay more and more attention to the safety and quality of food.At the same time,with the development of science and technology,food sterilization technology has also been continuously innovated.The scientific use use of sterilization technology can effectively extend the shelf life of food and prevent food from being contaminated by microorganisms and endangering people’s health.This article briefly describes the application of sterilization technology and the types of sterilization technology in the current food processing process,hoping to help the development of China’s food processing industry.
