摘要
本文从普通食品与保健食品的定义、主要用途、管理方式、生产许可申请材料要求、现场核查要求等多方面对保健食品和普通食品进行剖析,以期为监管人员提供参考依据,引导消费者理性消费。
In this paper,the definition,main use,management mode,production license application material requirements,on-site verification requirements of general food and health food are analyzed in order to provide reference for supervisors and guide consumers to rational consumption.
