摘要
现阶段,白酒中的塑化剂问题属于整个白酒行业所面临的主要问题之一,容易给人体带来多方面的危害。本文分析了白酒中塑化剂的化学性质,着重研究了白酒中塑化剂的产生原因,并结合这些原因具体提出了相应的控制措施。
At this stage,the plasticizer problem in Chinese baijiu is one of the main problems faced by the entire Chinese baijiu industry,it is easily to give the human body brings many harms.This article analyzes the chemical properties of plasticizers in Chinese baijiu,and focuses on the reasons for the formation of plasticizers in Chinese baijiu.For these reasons,corresponding control measures are specifically proposed.
