摘要
CRISPR技术是目前应用最广泛的基因编辑技术之一。本文对CRISPR技术在农作物改良中的应用、畜产品和水产品改造中的应用、食品生产微生物改造中的应用分别进行了综述,以期为相关研究提供科学参考。
CRISPR technology is currently one of the most widely used gene editing technologies.This article reviews the application of CRISPR technology in crop improvement,the application of livestock products and aquatic products,and the application of food production microbes,in order to provide scientific reference for related research.
