大米中嗪氨灵及三氯乙醛残留物的测定 被引量:1

摘要 建立气相色谱法测定嗪氨灵及三氯乙醛在大米中残留的分析方法。样品采用乙腈提取,采用QuEChERS净化方式,气相色谱仪进行测定。研究分析了不同溶剂、不同净化方式、不同仪器条件对嗪氨灵及三氯乙醛的提取净化影响。在0.005~0.2μg·mL^(-1)线性范围内,嗪氨灵和三氯乙醛的线性相关系数均大于0.998,检出限为0.002 mg·kg^(-1),在添加水平为0.002 mg·kg^(-1)、0.02 mg·kg^(-1)、0.04 mg·kg^(-1)下,其回收率为81.7%~112%,RSD(n=7)为2.8%~6.0%。该方法高效、快捷、灵敏,且成本低廉,适用于大米中嗪氨灵及残留物三氯乙醛的分析。 An analytical method for the determination of triazine and chloral residues in rice by gas chromatography was established.The sample was extracted with acetonitrile,and the QuEChERS purification method was used for determination by gas chromatograph.The study analyzed the effects of different solvents,different purification methods,and different instrument conditions on the extraction and purification of triazine and chloral.In the linear range of 0.005~0.2μg·mL^(-1),the linear correlation coefficients of triazine and chloral are both greater than 0.998,the detection limit is 0.002 mg·kg^(-1),and the addition level is 0.002 mg·kg^(-1),0.02 mg··kg^(-1),0.04 mg·kg^(-1),the recovery rate is 81.7%~112%,RSD(n=7)is 2.8%~6.0%.The method is efficient,fast,sensitive,and low-cost,and is suitable for the analysis of triforine and residue chloral residues in rice.
