摘要
使用酒类快速蒸馏仪-全自动天平密度测定仪快速测定葡萄酒酒精度及干浸出物。对不同种类的葡萄酒的酒精度及干浸出物进行测定,其测定结果与GB/T 15038—2006中的方法测定结果一致,可在40 min左右完成两个项目的测定。该方法快速、灵敏、准确,分析结果重现性好,可广泛应用于日常大批量不同种类葡萄酒中酒精度及干浸出物含量的测定。
Use the wine rapid distillation apparatus-automatic balance density tester to quickly determine the alcohol content and dry extract of wine.The alcohol content and dry extracts of different types of wine were measured.The measurement results are consistent with the measurement results of the method in GB/T 15038—2006.The measurement of two items can be completed within 40 minutes.The method is fast,sensitive,accurate,and the analysis results are reproducible.It can be widely used in the determination of alcohol content and dry extract content in daily large quantities of different types of wine.
