摘要 目的:探讨点阵射频联合重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子外用凝胶治疗痤疮凹陷性瘢痕的临床效果及安全性。方法:30例凹陷性痤疮瘢痕患者,采取点阵射频联合重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子外用凝胶治疗,每月治疗1次,连续治疗3次,对比患者治疗前后ECCA评分及不良反应发生等情况,评价患者痤疮瘢痕改善情况。结果:治疗后ECCA权重评分明显低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),无严重不良反应。结论:点阵射频联合重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子外用凝胶治疗痤疮凹陷性瘢痕安全有效。 Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of dot matrix radiofrequency combined with recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor(bFGF)gel on the treatment of atrophic acne scars.Methods 30 patients with atrophic acne scars were treated with dot matrix radiofrequency combined with recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor gel once a month.After 3 consecutive t treatments,the efficacy was evaluated by comparing the ECCA weight score,and observed adverse reactions.Results The ECCA weight score after treatment was significantly lower,with no serious adverse reactions.Conclusion Dot matrix radiofrequency combined with recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor is safe and effective in the treatment of atrophic acne scars.
