运动创伤性踝关节炎患者接受关节镜技术治疗后对Mcguire评分的影响

Effect of arthroscopic technique on Mcguire score in patients with traumatic ankle arthritis

目的:研究运动创伤性踝关节炎患者接受关节镜技术治疗后对Mcguire评分的影响。方法:2017年12月-2019年10月收治运动创伤性踝关节炎患者68例,随机分为两组,各34例。对照组接受常规手术方式治疗;观察组接受关节镜技术治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗后Mcguire踝关节功能评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组踝关节肿胀现象消失时间、踝关节功能恢复时间及术后住院时间均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对运动创伤性踝关节炎患者予以关节镜技术治疗,可缩短关节肿胀及恢复时间,提高踝关节功能,有效提升生活质量。

Objective:To study the effect of arthroscopic technique on Mcguire score in patients with traumatic ankle arthritis.Methods:From December 2017 to October 2019,68 cases of patients with traumatic ankle arthritis were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 34 cases in each group.The control group received routine surgical treatment.The observation group received arthroscopic treatment.The therapeutic effects between the two groups was compared.Results:The Mcguire score in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The disappearance time of ankle swelling,recovery time of ankle function and postoperative length of hospital stays of observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Arthroscopic treatment for patients with sports traumatic ankle arthritis can shorten joint swelling and recovery time of patients,improve ankle joint function and effectively improve the quality of life of patients.
