摘要
目的:分析健康植入物和健康天然牙唾液(PISF)中的代谢产物,探讨PISF的组成。方法:选择2017年5月-2018年5月接受牙种植体治疗并完成上颌及口腔功能修复超过1年的患者13例(13颗牙科植入物),作为研究组;同期选择13颗健康天然牙,作为对照组。从两组参与者中收集健康植入物和健康天然牙齿周围的PISF,采用质子核磁共振波谱(1H-NMR)检测两组PISF,并进行主要成分分析和正交信号校正-偏最小二乘方法进行的数据分析。结果:两组牙周组织斑块指数、牙龈出血指数及PISF指数比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组牙周检测深度/牙周植入深度比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在1H-NMR图中,对照组的峰比研究组略多,且峰的位置基本相同;分析发现,两组之间无显著差异。数据标准化后,进行偏最小二乘分析,发现两组数据交织在一起,无法区分。结论:健康植入物和健康天然牙齿之间的PISF组成无显著差异。
Objective:To analyze the metabolites of healthy implants and healthy natural tooth saliva(PISF)and explore the composition of PISF.Methods:From May 2017 to May 2018,13 cases of patients(13 dental implants)who received dental implant treatment and completed maxillary and oral function restoration for more than 1 year were selected as the research group.At the same time,13 healthy natural teeth were selected as control group.Collected PISF around healthy implants and healthy natural teeth from both groups,nuclear magnetic resonance hydrogen spectrum(1H-NMR)was used to detect two groups,the main component analysis and orthogonal signal correction-partial least square method were used for data analysis.Results:The periodontal plaque index,gingival bleeding index and PISF index were compared between the two groups,the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).The periodontal detection depth/periodontal implantation depth between the two groups was compared,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the 1H-NMR chart,the control group had slightly more peaks than the study group and the positions of peaks were basically the same.The analysis found that there was no significant difference between the two groups.After data standardization,partial least square analysis was carried out and it was found that the two groups of data were intertwined and could not be distinguished.Conclusion:There is no significant difference in PISF composition between healthy implants and healthy natural teeth.
