微创腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术治疗子宫肌瘤患者的临床效果、并发症及预后分析

Clinical effect,complications and prognosis of minimally invasive laparoscopic myomectomy in the treatment of hysteromyoma

目的:探讨微创腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术治疗子宫肌瘤患者的临床效果、并发症情况及预后效果。方法:2018年2月-2019年3月收治子宫肌瘤患者100例,随机分为两组,各50例。对照组采用开腹手术治疗;观察组采用微创腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组排气时间、住院时间均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组月经转归率、子宫形态正常率均高于对照组,复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:子宫肌瘤患者给予微创腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术治疗疗效显著,可有效减少并发症,改善预后。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect,complications and prognosis of minimally invasive laparoscopic myomectomy in the treatment of hysteromyoma.Methods:From February 2018 to March 2019,100 patients with hysteromyoma were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with open surgery.The observation group was treated with minimally invasive laparoscopic myomectomy.We compared the treatment effect of the two groups.Results:In the observation group,the exhaust time and hospitalization time were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in observation group was lower than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,the menstrual return rate and the normal rate of uterine morphology were higher than those in the control group,and the recurrence rate was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of minimally invasive laparoscopic myomectomy in the treatment of hysteromyoma is significant,it can effectively reduce the complications and improve the prognosis.
