急性阑尾炎手术和保守治疗的效果观察

Observation on the effect of operation and conservative treatment for acute appendicitis

目的:观察手术治疗和保守治疗急性阑尾炎的效果。方法:2018年1月-2019年12月收治急性阑尾炎患者100例,随机分为两组,各50例。对照组采用保守治疗;试验组采用手术治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:试验组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组抗生素使用时间高于对照组,但治疗时间、住院时间均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组术后3个月及术后6个月复发率均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:与保守治疗对比,急性阑尾炎使用手术治疗可缩短治疗时间,控制复发率,远期疗效较好。

Objective:To observe the effect of surgical treatment and conservative treatment of acute appendicitis.Methods:From January 2018 to December 2019,100 patients with acute appendicitis were selected,and randomly divided into two groups with 50 patients in each group.The control group received conservative treatment.The experimental group was treated with surgery.The therapeutic effects between the two groups was compared.Results:The total effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group,with the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The duration of antibiotic use in the experimental group was higher than the control group,but the duration of treatment and hospitalization were lower than the control group,with the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of the experimental group was significantly lower than the control group at 3 months and 6 months after operation,with the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with conservative treatment,surgical treatment of acute appendicitis can shorten the treatment time,control the recurrence rate,and have better long-term efficacy.
