胆总管切开取石Ⅰ期缝合术和T管引流术在胆总管结石患者治疗中的应用对比

Comparison of the application of first-stage suture of choledochectomy and stone removal and T-tube drainage in the treatment of patients with choledocholithiasis

目的:探讨胆总管切开取石Ⅰ期缝合术和T管引流术在胆总管结石患者治疗中的应用效果。方法:2019年5月-2020年5月收治胆总管结石患者90例,按不同治疗方式分为两组,各45例。观察组采用切开取石Ⅰ期缝合术;对照组采用T管引流术。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组住院费用及住院时间均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后6 h疼痛评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用胆总管切开取石Ⅰ期缝合术,能够有效降低手术时间及费用,减少患者的痛苦及经济压力,效果较好。

Objective:To explore the effect of the first-stage suture of choledochectomy and stone removal and T-tube drainage in the treatment of patients with choledocholithiasis.Methods:From May 2019 to May 2020,90 cases of patients with choledocholithiasis were enrolled,they were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods,with 45 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with first-stage suture of choledochectomy and stone removal.The control group was treated with T-tube drainage.The therapeutic effects between the two groups was compared.Results:The hospitalization cost and length of hospital stays of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 6 h of operation,the pain score of observation group was significantly lower than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:First-stage suture of choledochectomy and stone removal can effectively reduce the operative time and cost,reduce the pain and economic pressure of patients and the effect is better.
