动脉化静脉微型皮瓣修复手指缺损的临床效果观察

Clinical observation on the effect of arterialized vein microflap in repairing finger defect

目的:探讨动脉化静脉微型皮瓣修复手指缺损的临床效果。方法:2018年1-8月收治手指缺损患者60例,随机分为两组,各30例。对照组应用传统皮瓣修复术治疗;观察组应用动脉化静脉微型皮瓣修复术治疗。比较两组手功能优良率、并发症发生率及各项功能恢复指标水平。结果:观察组手指运动功能优良率明显高于对照组,并发症发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后1周、1个月、2个月TAM评分均明显高于对照组,愈合时间、皮瓣两点辨别觉均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:动脉化静脉微型皮瓣修复手指缺损的临床效果显著,能有效恢复手部运动及感觉功能,提高手功能恢复满意度,降低并发症发生率。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of arterialized vein microflap in repairing finger defects.Methods:From January to August 2018,60 cases of patients with finger defect were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional flap repair,while the observation group was treated with arterialized vein microflap repair.The excellent and good rate of hand function,the incidence of complications and the level of functional recovery indexes were compared between the two groups.Results:The excellent and good rate of finger function in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the incidence of complications was significantly lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 1 week,1 month and 2 months of operation,the TAM scores of observation group were significantly higher than those of control group,the healing time and two-point discrimination sense of the flap were significantly lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of arterialized vein microflap in repairing finger defect is remarkable,which can effectively restore hand movement function and sensory function,improve the satisfaction of hand function recovery and reduce the incidence of complications.
