宫腔镜治疗子宫内膜息肉的应用及临床预后分析

Analysis of the application and clinical prognosis of hysteroscopy in the treatment of endometrial polyps

目的:探讨宫腔镜治疗子宫内膜息肉的应用效果及临床预后。方法:2017年1月-2019年12月收治子宫内膜息肉患者300例,随机分为两组,各150例。对照组使用常规诊断性刮宫治疗;观察组使用宫腔镜子宫内膜息肉电切除术。比较两组临床疗效、手术指标及各项疾病相关指标水平。结果:观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后6个月PBAC评分、子宫内膜厚度、VEGF水平均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:宫腔镜治疗子宫内膜息肉效果显著,能抑制子宫内膜增厚,改善月经,降低复发。

Objective:To investigate the effect and clinical prognosis of hysteroscopy in the treatment of endometrial polyps.Methods:From January 2017 to December 2019,300 cases of patients with endometrial polyps were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 150 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional diagnostic curettage.The observation group was treated with hysteroscopic endometrial polyplectomy.The clinical efficacy,operative indexes and disease-related indexes of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 6 months of operation,the PBAC score,endometrial thickness and VEGF level in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Hysteroscopy is effective in treating endometrial polyps,which can inhibit endometrial thickening,improve menstruation and reduce recurrence.
