摘要
目的:分析临床血常规检测中误差产生的因素。方法:选取2019年5月-2020年5月进行血常规检测的患者5400例,采集患者的血液样本进行检测,分析容易出现误差的因素。结果:标本放置时间、采血部位、温度、操作方法等,对检测红细胞、白细胞、血小板、血红蛋白水平的影响较大,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:血常规检查中导致误差出现的因素较多,应在检测中提高对不良因素的重视,最大程度上减小误差的出现。
Objective:To analyze the error factors in clinical routine blood detection.Methods:From May 2019 to May 2020,5400 patients who underwent routine blood detection were selected.Blood samples were collected for testing,and the factors prone to errors were analyzed.Results:The time of specimen placement,location of blood collection,temperature and operation method had great influence on the level of red blood cell,white blood cell,platelet and hemoglobin,with the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:There are many factors that lead to errors in blood routine detection.We should pay more attention to the adverse factors and reduce the errors to the greatest extent.
