儿科护理工作阶段静脉留置针应用效果思考

Reflection on the application effect of intravenous indwelling needle in pediatric nursing work

目的:分析儿科护理中使用静脉留置针的效果。方法:选取2017年12月-2018年12月在儿科接受进行静脉输液治疗的患儿134例,随机分为两组,各67例。对照组采用常规护理方式;试验组在常规护理基础采取静脉留置针的方式。比较两组临床效果及并发症发生率。结果:试验组满意度明显高于对照组,且并发症发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:儿科患者住院护理中,可以通过选择留置针的护理方式,让留置效果符合治疗需要,解决传统针刺存在的问题,可以将传统方式正式出现的炎症以及疼痛感消除,有效消除不良并发症的影响,并让儿科患儿的满意度得到提升,避免医疗事故的出现,继而有效缓解医患关系,促进治疗措施的有效进行,提升治疗效果。

Objective:To analyze the effect of intravenous indwelling needle in pediatric nursing.Methods:From December 2017 to December 2018,134 children receiving intravenous infusion therapy in pediatrics department were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 67 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional nursing.The experimental group was treated with intravenous indwelling needle on the basis of conventional nursing.Clinical effect and complication rate were compared between the two groups.Results:The satisfaction of the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group,and the complication rate was lower than the control group,with the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the in-patient care of pediatric patients,the nursing mode of indwelling needle can be selected to make the effect of indwelling meet the treatment needs and effectively eliminate the influence of adverse complications,in addition,the satisfaction of pediatric children is improved,the occurrence of medical errors is avoided,and the doctor-patient relationship is effectively alleviated,the effective implementation of treatment measures is promoted,and the treatment effect is improved.
