延伸护理辅助对出院糖尿病患者遵医行为的影响

Effect of extended nursing on compliance behavior of discharged diabetic patients

目的:探讨延伸护理辅助在出院糖尿病患者中的应用效果及对患者遵医行为的影响。方法:选取2019年1月-2020年12月出院糖尿病患者100例,随机分为两组,各50例。对照组提供常规护理服务;研究组提供延伸护理辅助服务。干预6个月后,比较两组治疗依从性及糖尿病知识掌握情况。结果:研究组糖尿病知识掌握评分及治疗依从性均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对出院糖尿病患者开展延伸护理辅助指导,有利于增强其治疗依从性,提高疾病相关知识的掌握程度,进而有效纠正患者的遵医行为。

Objective:To explore the application effect of extended nursing assistance in discharged diabetic patients and its influence on patients'compliance behavior.Methods:From January 2019 to December 2020,100 discharged diabetic patients were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 50 cases in each group.The control group was provided with routine nursing service.The study group was provided with extended nursing auxiliary service.After 6 months of intervention,we compared the treatment compliance and diabetes knowledge of the two groups.Results:In the study group,diabetes knowledge mastery score and treatment compliance were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:To carry out extended nursing assistant guidance for discharged diabetic patients is conducive to enhance their treatment compliance,improve the mastery of disease-related knowledge,and then effectively correct the compliance behavior of patients.
