摘要
目的:分析妊娠期缺铁性贫血患者应用孕期营养保健对母婴结局的影响。方法:2015年1月-2020年6月收治妊娠期缺铁性贫血患者60例,随机分为两组,各30例。参照组给予常规指导;试验组给予孕期营养保健。比较两组保健效果、保健前后血红蛋白水平和母婴结局。结果:试验组保健后血红蛋白水平明显高于参照组,保健总有效率也高于参照组,不良母婴结局发生率低于参照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在使用孕期营养保健方式为妊娠期缺铁性贫血患者保健时,能够改善患者贫血情况及母婴结局。
Objective:To analyze the effect of nutritional health care during pregnancy on maternal and infant outcome in patients with iron deficiency anemia.Methods:From January 2015 to June 2020,60 cases of pregnant women with iron deficiency anemia were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 30 cases in each group.The reference group was given routine guidance.The experimental group was given nutritional health care during pregnancy.The health effects,hemoglobin levels and maternal and infant outcomes before and after health care were compared between the two groups.Results:The hemoglobin level of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the reference group after health care,the total effective rate of health care was higher than that of the reference group,the incidence of adverse maternal and infant outcomes was lower than that of the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of nutritional health during pregnancy can improve the anemia of patients with iron deficiency anemia and the outcome of mother and infant.
