问题式教学法与案例教学法联合用于神经内科临床教学的效果 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨神经内科临床教学中问题式教学法与案例教学法联合应用的效果。方法:选取2018年1月-2020年1月神经内科实习学生100名,依据临床教学方法分为两组,各50名。观察组采用问题式教学法联合案例教学法;对照组采用问题式教学法。比较两组学生考试成绩、教学模式认可度。结果:观察组学生的神经系统体格检查、病案分析、神经内科学理论成绩及总成绩均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组对教学模式激发学习兴趣、提高学习效果、增强沟通能力、启迪临床思维的认可度均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:神经内科临床教学中问题式教学法与案例教学法联合应用的效果较问题式教学法单独应用好。 Objective:To explore the effect of combined application of problem-based teaching method and case teaching method in clinical teaching of neurology.Methods:From January 2018 to January 2020,100 internship students of neurology were selected,they were divided into the two groups according to clinical teaching methods with 50 cases in each group.The observation group adopted problem-based teaching method combined with case teaching method.The control group adopted problem-based teaching method.The examination scores and the recognition of teaching mode between the two groups were compared.Results:The scores of nervous system physical examination,medical record analysis,neurology theory and total score of the students in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recognition of teaching mode in stimulating learning interest,improving learning effect,enhancing communication ability and enlightening clinical thinking in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of combined application of problem-based teaching method and case teaching method in clinical teaching of neurology is better than that of problem-based teaching method alone.
