Application of Extended Surfactant in Dishwashing Detergent

通过与传统阴离子表面活性剂和支链醇EO-PO嵌段聚醚对比,研究了两种Extended表面活性剂的泡沫性能、乳化性能和去油性能。通过单因素实验,考察了两种Extended表面活性剂对餐具洗涤剂性能的影响,筛选出适合应用于餐具洗涤剂的Extended表面活性剂。结果表明,两种Extended表面活性剂AS-801、CS-10的泡沫性能、乳化性能和去油性能介于传统阴离子表面活性剂AES和支链醇EO-PO嵌段聚醚NS-806之间;AS-801既可用于机洗餐具洗涤剂中提升配方的稳定性,又可替代AES应用于手洗餐具洗涤剂中提升配方的乳化性能。

The foaming properties,emulsifying properties and oil removal properties of two extended surfactants were studied by comparing with traditional anionic surfactant and branched alcohol polyether containing EO-PO group.The performances of dishwashing detergents containing extended surfactants were studied by single factor experiments.The suitable extended surfactant for the formula of dishwashing detergent was found.The foaming properties,emulsifying properties and oil removal properties of AS-801 and CS-10 are between AES and NS-806.Extended surfactants AS-801 can be used in the automatic dishwashing detergents to enhance the stability of the formulation,and also can replace AES in the hand dishwashing detergents to enhance the emulsifying performance of the formula.
