MEO非离子表面活性剂在自动洗碗机洗涤剂中的应用研究

摘要 简要分析了家庭自动洗碗机洗涤剂的发展现状,探究了MEO脂肪醇聚氧烷基醚作为洗碗机洗涤剂表面活性剂主要成分的可行性,进而研制新型环保低泡洗碗机液体洗涤剂。通过对比AEO-9与MEO非离子表面活性剂在泡沫性能和餐具清洁性能的表现,发现MEO非离子表面活性剂相较于AEO-9在洗碗机洗涤剂有明显优势:起泡性方面,含MEO-86配方的起泡高度为23 mm,而AEO-9的泡沫高度为48 mm,比MEO-86高近一倍;稳泡率方面,含MEO-100配方的起泡高度虽与AEO-9相近,但其5 min稳泡率仅为AEO-9的1/3。实验结果表明,MEO脂肪醇聚氧烷基醚在去污能力与泡沫性能上优于AEO-9,搭配合适的助剂,能有更好的清洁性能,具有良好的发展前景。 This paper briefly analyzes the development status of automatic household dishwasher detergent,explores the feasibility of MEO fatty alcohol polyoxyalkyl ether as the main component of dishwasher detergent surfactant,and then explores the research of new environmentally friendly low-foaming dishwasher liquid detergent.By comparing the performance of AEO-9 and MEO nonionic surfactants in foam performance and dishwashing cleaning performance,it was found that MEO nonionic surfactants have obvious advantages over AEO-9 in dishwasher detergents,such as foam performance,the foaming height of the formulation containing MEO-86 is 23 mm while that of AEO-9 is 48 mm,which is nearly twice as high as that of MEO-86.Although the foaming height of the formulation containing MEO-100 is similar to that of AEO-9,its 5-minute stabilization rate is only 1/3 of that of AEO-9.The experimental results show that MEO fatty alcohol polyoxyalkyl ether has better detergency and foam performance than AEO-9,and with suitable additives,it can have better cleaning performance and has good development prospect.
