本文通过介绍中外国家综合档案馆的在线志愿服务实践,分析总结了我国综合档案馆在线志愿服务存在的问题,并提出了创新吸收专业人才、完善在线志愿服务管理机制、加强人文关怀的发展路径,以期能够为我国的档案事业的发展以及档案文化的传播提供一定的借鉴与参考.

This paper introduces the practice of online volunteer service of national comprehensive archives at home and abroad,analyzes and summarizes the problems existing in online volunteer service of comprehensive archives in China,and puts forward the development path of innovative absorption of professional talents,improvement of online volunteer service management mechanism,and strengthening of humanistic care,so as to provide certain reference for the development of archival undertaking and the spread of archival culture in China,
