摘要
毕业生档案转递工作是学生档案管理工作的重要环节。面对新的就业需求和转递方式,高校档案管理部门如何规范转递流程、提高转递效率和服务水平成为了档案转递工作新的挑战。本文对毕业生档案转递工作的现状进行了梳理总结,分析出当下毕业生档案转递工作面临的问题,并就确保转递工作的高效、准确、便捷等方面提出合理化建议,实现毕业生档案转递工作的优化发展。
The transfer of graduate archives is an important part of student archives management.In face of new employment needs and transfer ways,how to standardize transfer process,improve transfer efficiency and service level becomes a new challenge for college archival departments.This paper summarizes the status quo of the transfer of graduate archives,and analyzes the current problems faced in the transfer of graduate archives,and puts forward reasonable suggestions for improving the efficiency,accuracy,and convenience of the transfer work,hoping to optimize the archives transfer of college graduates.
