Construction of Group Identity in Individual Narration——The Value of Oral Archives in Universities from the Sociological Point of View

在“档案记忆观”的驱动下,档案学术界对档案记忆的功能意义、影响因素及发挥途径都作了大量的研究和探讨,档案业务界也开展了大量的诸如“城市记忆工程”的实践探索并取得了良好的效果。而口述档案作为一种记忆的呈现和固化,也受到许多学者及档案业务工作者的关注。从社会学的角度来看,口述档案在叙事角度上实现了从外视角向内视角的转换,在功能上实现了从个体记忆功能向集体记忆功能的强化,最终实现了从保存记忆到建构认同的飞跃,从而发挥了传承文化、延续历史、凝聚人心、汇聚力量的多重作用,这也能在一定程度上获得外界对口述档案采集工作的重视和支持。

The archival memory view prompts many experts and scholars to conduct plenty of studies and explorations on the functional significance,influencing factors and realization ways of archival memory.Many practical explorations such as“Urban Memory Project”also have been in progress and yielded a great number of positive results.As a kind of archival memory,oral archives are concerned by many scholars and archivists.From the sociological perspective,oral archives realize the transformation from external perspective to internal perspective in terms of narration point of view,and achieve the strengthening of individual memory to collective memory in terms of function,and finally realize the leap from memory preservation to identity construction,thus playing the multiple roles of inheriting culture,extending history,uniting people's hearts and gathering strength.At the same time,it has gained the attention and support from the outside to the collection of oral archives.
