高校廉政档案建设与管理探析

Analysis of the Construction and Management of Clean Government Archives in Colleges and Universities

加强廉政档案建设与管理是高校坚决做到“两个维护”、强化干部教育监督、落实“立德树人”根本任务的重要手段和有力保障。针对目前高校廉政档案建设与管理存在着重视程度不够高、资料组成不全面、规范管理不到位、管理人员不专业和作用发挥不明显等问题,提出通过强化组织领导、完善档案内容、健全工作制度、加快信息化建设、抓好管理队伍和建立追责机制等手段进一步加强高校廉政档案建设与管理。

To Strengthen the construction and management of clean government archives is an important means and tool for colleges and universities to resolutely carry out the basic tasks of"Two Maintenances",strengthen education and supervision of cadres and"cultivate people with moral integrity".In view of the problems existing in the construction and management of clean government archives in colleges and universities,such as insufficient attention,incomplete data composition,inadequate standardized management,unprofessional administrative staff and inconspicuous effect of function,this paper puts forward some measures to strengthen the construction and management of clean government archives,which are as follows:strengthening organizational leadership,improving content of archives,completing work system,speeding up informatization construction,reinforcing management team and establishing accountability mechanism.
