The application of big data technology can effectively expand the information capacity of hospital personnel archives,improve the utilization value of hospital personnel archives,and strengthen the utilization means of hospital personnel archives.This paper analyzes the connotation and characteristics of hospital personnel archives,expounds the application value of big data in the utilization of hospital personnel archives,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from the perspective of big data application in view of the problems existing in the management of hospital personnel archives.
